Shipping policy

Shipping Information

Please make sure the shipping address is correct when submitting an order. If an address error is discovered after the order is placed, SwellSpy does not guarantee an address correction can be made. If an order is lost or misdelivered due to a customer error in submitting improper shipping information, SwellSpy will not be held responsible for the lost shipment. If a package has been returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer must pay any additional cost incurred before SwellSpy can reship the order to the correct address.

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before signing for acceptance. If you find damage to the contents, please refuse the shipment by writing "Refused due to damage" and return the shipment to the driver.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification when your order is received, and another email with a tracking number once your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one shipping notification. Items are typically picked up by the courier the day after the order is processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Rates

We're proud to offer free shipping on all SwellSpy products shipped within the contiguous United States, including surfboards, board bags, leashes, traction pads, and accessories.

A small number of products fulfilled through our partner network (Shopify Collective) have shipping calculated by the vendor at checkout. See "Partner Brand Shipping" below.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping takes up to 7 business days within the contiguous US. Surfboards and board bags may take 5-10 business days due to special handling.

Where We Ship

We ship to residential and business addresses within the Lower 48 States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Military APO/FPO addresses, please contact us for a shipping quote.

International Shipping

We can sell and ship some products internationally, depending on the destination and product. Contact us for information specific to your country before making a purchase. For all international shipments, your order will be subject to applicable customs, tariffs, duties, and any required taxes.

Surfboard & Board Bag Packaging

Due to their size and fragile nature, surfboards and board bags require special handling and packaging. All surfboards are professionally packaged with protective materials. A signature may be required upon delivery for surfboards over $300.

Partner Brand Shipping (Shopify Collective)

We partner with a curated network of trusted brands through Shopify Collective to bring you high-quality products from across the industry.

Because some items ship directly from these partner brands, shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on each supplier's fulfillment location and policies. Partner brand items are shipped using the rates and carriers provided by the supplier, which may differ from our standard free shipping policy.

If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate shipments. Once your items have shipped, you'll receive tracking details for each package.
